As tournament/competitive/recreational players it is our responsibility to adhere to park rules, COVID-19 standards and precautions, and to the welfare of others. Please keep sidewalks and paths clear of bags/carts. Try not to loiter on sidewalks. Pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Even though this event is official, and we have exclusive use of the course, these are public parks. We DO NOT kick people out or tell them they cannot play the course. We DO tell them what is going on and give them all the information needed to make sure there is little or no issue. In all cases these situations tend to work themselves out. As tournament players I feel it is our duty to be positive and informative towards others regardless of being a part of a paid tournament. All in all, we should be respectful and kind to everyone with whom we come in contact. Thank you all for your consideration.

PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD FOR BATADGA presents The Flysano Fling driven by Innova Champion Discs
We will not use physical paper scorecards unless specifically requested. We will be using digital scorecards for this event. If you would like to review and research this method, please follow this link: https://www.pdga.com/help/tournament-management/official-hole-scoring

The ACCESS CODE for the event scoring is FlysanoFling. It is not case sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring you will need to go to the following link: www.pdga.com/score.

1. You will be prompted to enter the Access Code and press the Submit button.
2. Search for your name. You can search by typing in part of your name or PDGA Number. Once your name appears, you select it and confirm. This person is now the “scorekeeper”.
3. You will be prompted to select the round for which you are currently playing.
4. The scoring screen will load with your name. The default starting hole is hole 1, so be sure to choose the correct starting hole if for some reason hole 1 is not where the group is starting (e.g. shotgun start).
5. Scores for each player will be automatically defaulted to whatever the par is for the hole that is being scored. The player can use the plus or minus buttons to add or remove strokes. When all players have the correct scores, clicking Save & Continue will upload the scores and the page will automatically reload on the hole that follows.
6. The teeing order is indicated by a number presented to the left of each player's name.
7. Once your round is complete, have all members of the card confirm, approve and submit their own score from the scorekeeper’s device.
8. After all scores have been submitted, log off the score keeping program so it will reset and allow a new user or the same user to keep score in the second round.

Any first place tiebreakers will be decided by play-off from hole one after all cards have been turned in.
