Howdy and welcome to the Aviary Fools as presented by Disc Revolution.
We are dang glad to be the sherpas of this year's festivities and we are thrilled you all are coming along for the ride. Should be a fun one!
This is going to be a 2 round 1 day event playing through the Aviary Disc Golf Course of Colorado Springs, Colorado!! Be sure to get signed up as space is going to be limited!!

Pass through fees:
$3 per player for PDGA Fee
$3 per player TD fees
$125 divided amongst all players for sanctioning/insurance
$150 divided amongst all players for permit fees
$0 for Bathrooms as these are being sponsored by Tempe Krieger and Team Secundy!
Players pack info to be disclosed here soon but we are getting custom event specific hoodies made up for AM players, as well as a disc from manufacturer to be named and a high end towel. Predicted value of players pack is around $100.

Refund policy
Josh Rosa is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Per PDGA 1.03 Withdrawls and Refunds
Players must notify the TD via phone/email/Disc Golf Scene with an official request to refund.
Waitlisters will be refunded 100% their entry if they are unable to get into the event.
Players that withdraw 30 days or more before the start of the event will be refunded 100% of their entry fee less a $10 handling fee.
Players that withdraw 15-29 days before the start of the event will be refunded 100% of their entry fee less a $10 handling fee provided there is an eligible waitlister to take their place. If there is no waitlister to take the spot, we will refund you 50% of your entry.
Players that withdraw within 14 days of the event start will be refunded 100% of their entry fee less a $10 handling fee provided there is an eligible waitlister to take their place. If there is no waitlister available, then we will refund 25% of your entry.
No call, no show players will not be refunded. Waitlisters do not need to show up, they will be refunded regardless.
