About this tournament

Welcome to the Austin Amateur Series Finale! The best amateurs in Austin will be crowned and the winner of the MA1 and FA1 divisions will receive a sponsorship to MINT Discs.

Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 per player at registration):

Each player will receive a player pack including:

Payout ($10)
$10/player and Series Fees collected during qualifying event will be added to payout! Payout will be in the form of Goose Bucks that can be used at on-site vendors.

Ace Pot - Starts at $250! If no ace is hit, it will roll over to Circle G.

CTP Prizes
We will have CTP prizes on a bunch of the holes! CTP prizes can be picked up at the end of the event or at Another Round Austin after the event. We will have CTPs on the following holes:

Raffle - We will have a raffle during the event that will include a rare and unique discs, and other goodies. Tickets can be purchased during check-in, during lunch, or after the round during payout. We will draw the raffle winners once amateur payout is complete. You do not need to be present to win the raffle. Unclaimed raffle prizes can be picked up at Another Round Austin after the event.

Refund policy

Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.

30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
