Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 9th September.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on
23rd September.
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm on the 23rd will not be eligible for any refund.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dgscene and paypal fees.
All Refunds will be processed post event.
