    Check-ins/Late Registration/ Warm-ups: All players must check in at the Pavilion located at the first set of baseball fields, near the playground.

    9:55am - 10:00am

    Welcome and tee assignments!

    10:15am

    Tournament Begins! Players need to stay with assigned groups so that we can try and avoid rushing groups in front.

Arkadelphia Parks and Recreation will still have the tournament if it rains. If at any point during the tournament, the weather gets too bad, we will pause and come up with a plan.
