Welcome to the 2024 Long Cedar Classic presented by Innova Discs! This event is a PDGA C-Tier with two shotgun start rounds.

$2 Green Fee per player is going to the Garnett Long Cedar Disc Golf Club for maintenance costs and course upgrades.


GENERAL INFORMATION:
2 Shotgun Start Rounds at Long Cedar DGC in Garnett, KS.
Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event prior to 6pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes prior to tee off to confirm there has been no changes.

There will be no in person players meeting so please read the email that has all information that gets sent out the day before the tournament.


CHECK-IN:
Check-in is from 8 am - 8:40 am at the main shelter by hole 1. All players, Pro and Am, need to check in. If you don’t check in, I will presume you are a No Call, No Show and you may be scratched from the event.


PARKING:
Parking Area Around the Main Shelter/Tournament Central.


RESTROOMS & WATER:
Water will be available in jugs across the course. Please bring plenty of water and only use these as a backup plan.


SCORING (EVERYONE MUST KEEP SCORE!):
We will be using the PDGA digital scoring system. (This is not Udisc). To access it, go to pdga.com/score. Enter in the password, then your last name or PDGA number, and the card will pull up. I will have paper scorecards as a backup. You can also use udisc as a backup. However, to submit the scores, it needs to be done through the PDGA scoring system.


PLAYER PACKS:
There is no player packs for this event.


AWARDS/PAYOUTS:
Pro payouts can be either a check mailed to you to save fees, or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays fees.)

Amateur payouts can be redeemed via the Anhyzer Discs mobile trailer store. You can accrue your payouts over multiple events and use later. There will be a larger selection throughout the year as I expand my inventory.

All payout vouchers for all Anhyzer Discs vended tournaments in 2024 expire 12/31/2024.


TROPHIES:
There is a First Place trophy for all divisions.

Anhyzer Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until registration closes will receive refunds less an $8 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after registration closes. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. Late arrival after the player meeting has started could cause you to be scratched from the event.
