Amherst Community Foundation Disc Golf Tournament Driven by Innova
About this tournament
This Tournament is being put on by The Amherst Community Foundation and Breakin Chains Disc Golf. The purpose of the tournament is to give the residents of Amherst and local disc golfers the opportunity to come down to the park and check out what the town is doing to provide the residents with more outdoor activities as well as raise money for more things to help better the town of Amherst .
The tournament should be a lot of fun . There will be lots of prizes and Live Music as well as food on site. Breakin Chains Disc Golf will be running the Tournament and will have disc golf supplies such as discs, mini's, and other stuff for you to purchase if you need discs for the tournament. You will also be receiving a swag bag with a disc in it celebrating the tournament . I think it is a Roc Midrange by Innova.
We will have prizes for the Top winning teams as well as top scoring . man ,woman and young adult (Under 18). There will be CTP's being offered also. Come join us for another great tournament put on by Breakin Chains Disc Golf and the Amherst Community Foundation.
I recommend that you show up at 8:00am to register and pick up your swag bag. We will hold a player meeting at 8:30am to discuss the rules of play and then you will head out to your assigned holes to start play. Play will begin at 9:00am sharp. You will receive a 2 minute warning blast from headquarters at 8:58am and then a long single blast at 9:00am to start play.
