About this tournament

Oregon Disc Golf brings back to Waterloo DGC the Oregon Doubles State Championships! Player's pack will be one MVP/Axiom disc, and playing for script, Pros will play for Cash via PayPal. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to score some last minute PDGA points, have a great time with fellow disc golfers, and enjoy winter golf at its finest.
This is an XC-Tier event. There is MPO, FPO, MA1 and FA1 available here, and MPO and MA1 (mixed) in the other sign up. Because M=Mixed, I had to make two events to keep them all XC-Tier Sanctioned.
Format - Two rounds of doubles best ball. Each member of the team throws, the team determines the best throw and then they both proceed from that lie. Once a putt is made the hole is completed for the team. For this event, splitting lies, or each player on the team goes from their own shot is not a legal play. Please see PDGA rules for doubles play.
This is a fundraiser for Caring Team Ministry, a local food bank located at the River Center.
