Tournament refund / cancellation policy Players who officially request to withdraw before online registration closes will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 handling fee. No refunds will be offered after online registration has closed. Participants who added a Commemorative Shirt to their registration and withdraw after October 6th @ 12:00pm will not receive a refund for the shirt, and must either arrange to pick up their shirt or cover the shipping costs to have it sent to them.
