About this tournament
Welcome back to the third annual Against the Wind tournament. This year it will be held at the beautiful Live Oaks Landing in Stockton, AL. 8700 Live Oak Rd Road, Stockton, AL 36579. This will be a 2 round c-tier sanctioned event. Lunch will be an hour long after the last card is turned in after the first round. Awards will be held after the 2nd round.
Ams pack will include 1 tournament stamped gateway disc and a t-shirt. Top 45% of ams in each division will receive merchandise payouts. Top 40% pf pro divisions will receive cash payouts via paypal. If an ace isn't hit during the tournament there will be a ctp throw off afterwards. That will also be paid out by paypal. 1-5 players = 1st place trophy only, 6-9 players = 1st and 2nd place trophies, 10+ players = 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for each division. Trophies are being made out of resin so don't wait until last minute to sign up. Also, Shirts will be ordered by Oct 3rd so don't wait to lock in your shirt size.
Regarding the tee pads, playing either side of the tee pad will be allowed for footing concerns. There will be a few holes shortened for MA50 and above, FA, and Novice. Everyone else will play regular whites. The added shorts will be listed before Oct. 4th.
