Welcome to the 1st Vet's Fest Disc Golf Tournament!
Active Hero's has been under some construction as of late but we've got 20 holes ready to showcase how fun and challenging this course can be! We'll be using a custom tournament layout for the event which is a par 60, 5100ft layout. Here's a full rundown of the details:
- This is a 1 round, unsanctioned event.
- Registration begins at 9am with the shotgun start scheduled to start at 10am.
- All scoring will be handled through uDisc.
- Entry fees are $30 & comes with a tournament stamped disc from Gateway.
- All Veterans & Active Military members are able to sign up for the event for $20. Use the code "VetsFest" at checkout for your military discount.
- Every card will have a chance to win a CTP prize
- Top 40% of the field will be paid out in store credit to Disc Golf Mart
- Two divisions, Private (Beginners, rated under 850) and Sergeant (Advanced, rated above 850)
Breakdown of Entry Fees:
- $10 players packs
- $10 payouts
- $5 CTPS & Ace Fund
- $5 course donation
As if the Disc Golf event wasn't enough excitement, there will also be a live music, food trucks, and a beer trailer operating as a part of the festival happening at the end of the round. Additional putting challenges and Ace run games will be set up throughout the afternoon.
