Juniors must be accompanied by a non-playing adult. One designated adult can chaperone a card if all guardians coordinate in advance.

To keep costs low, we are offering player packs as an add-on item.
You can also choose to opt out of a player pack completely if you want to keep costs to a minimum.
Player pack options:
Choose specific molds and plastics to create your own custom player pack.
You will have the option to choose a driver, mid, putter, mini, and/or jersey.
You can select up to one of each item and pay accordingly.
You also have the option to choose none of these items.
During registration, you will get to build your custom player pack (items will show prices to help inform your decisions).
We hope that by allowing players to choose, everyone will go home with something they actually want and something that fits their needs.
The Barrie Women's Disc Golf Club (BWDGC) will be covering $10 towards all Jr. registration fees (bringing their entry fee down from $30 to $20 dollars.
The goal is to make events more accessible and cost-effective for families and younger players.
This is a +CWE (Canadian Women's Event) so all Women and Junior categories are being offered. All women and juniors will receive a national ranking in their division that includes results from women and juniors playing CWE tournaments across Canada.

Beer tickets - we will have a selection of local beers - must be purcahsed with registration
Ace pool - In the case of multiple aces, players split the pool. If no one aces, a throwing contest will determine the winner.

Choose specific molds and plastics to create your own custom player pack.
You will have the option to choose a driver, mid, putter, mini, and/or jersey.
You can select up to one of each item and pay accordingly.

During registration, you will get to build your custom player pack (items will show prices to help inform your decisions).

Withdrawal Options
1. Withdraw by March 10th for a full refund minus admin/processing fees.
2. Withdrawal between March 10th and May 1st for a 100% cash refund minus admin/processing fees ONLY if the spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled the player will receive the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
3. For any withdrawals after May 1st, players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
Withdrawal Options:
Players must email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
1. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
2. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
3. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
4. Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund unless their spot is filled.
