About this tournament

We are excited for A3 Disc to have a dedicated women tournament added this year.
All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged! " The Classic " will be supporting local charity and missions of community service initiatives. Since this year's tournament lands on 9/11 , we will be raising funds to support " First Responders". Funds raised will go toward Gary Sinise Foundation and Ann Arbor Firefighter Charities.

This event will be playing each course (East and West) for one round from the White Tees . Please note this park requires entry fee ( $10day) , carpooling is encouraged.
Due to lower registration volume for ladies sign ups we will also be running a doubles tournament at same time on this course to help raise funds for first responders.

No Cashless Pre-Registration
Online registration will close Friday Sept 9 th at 8:00pm
Walk up registrations will be accepted.
50/50 CTP: $5.00
ACE POOL: $5.00
PAYOUTS
AM: After deducting player pack , 20% towards fundraiser, the remainder will go towards division payouts.
All amateur payouts will be distributed as vouchers for A3Disc merchandise. The full payout must be collected at the time of redemption. No leftover payouts may be kept and no change will be given.
PLAYER PACKS: ( Light weight MVP disc , shirt, disc towel and another disc related item valued at $50-60)
Raffle: We will be raffling bags( 3) , Pro signed disc, various items for the fundraiser.
ACE POOL
Ace Pool will payout at 80 % for any ace hit in the round, 20% is for our charity fundraiser.
...each ace will count as 1 share of the pot.
...if the Ace Pool is not hit, a CTP hole will be designated during the tournament and the pool will be paid out 50% to the winning player, rest will be donated to our charity fundraiser.
ROUND PLAY:
East Course: Morning Round Double Teams
West Course: Morning round Ladies Tournament and East course in afternoon round.
and groups will switch course for afternoon round.
This may changed once registration is completed but will be posted Friday evening before the event.

Refund policy
Ann Arbor Disc Induced Sports Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will not be allowed within 30 days of event.
