About this tournament

Timaru Disc Golf is excited to host A Day at the Bay, our first-ever PDGA-sanctioned event — proudly supported by RPM Discs.

Event will be one day, two rounds of 18 on an extended Caroline Bay layout.

Disco Fever will also be running their second hand disc market during the lunch break.

The course will be available in the morning before Round 1 tee off for practice. B tees to be played by MA60, FA60, MA4, FA4, MJ18 and FJ18 .

Refund policy

Timaru Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event on or before July 17th will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between July 18th and August 1st will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between August 2nd and August 16th will receive a 25% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees

Players who officially requested to withdraw from this event on August 17th are not entitled to a refund.

100% of any extras purchased will be refunded.

If spot is filled by another player from the waitlist, all refunds will be 100%, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees
