REGISTRATION

Registration opens for OMDGA members on 5/31/24 at 6:00 PM (Central Time)- This will fill up to 44 spots (22 in A Pool and 22 in B Pool) and is within the PDGA guidelines of a 33% pre-registration maximum for club members.

The waitlist will not open until after public registration has opened.

Registration opens to the public on 6/1/2024 at 6:00 PM (Central Time)

Tournament Schedule

Day 1 - Alternating Courses.

Pool A - Cunningham Park Long tees and baskets placements and then Hummel Park mix of long and short baskets

Pool B - Hummel Park mix of long and short baskets then Cunningham Park mix of longs and short baskets

Player Check-in at the course you are playing 7:15 am-8:15 am
Player meeting 8:30 am
1st round start time 09:00 am
at least a 1-hour lunch break after the first round – Change courses
2nd round start time will begin at approximately 1:30 pm (this will be updated during the tournament based on when each Pool’s round is completed)

Day 2 - Pool A and Pool B at Lighthouse DGC @ Glenn Cunningham Lake Park
Tee Times every 12 minutes starting at 07:00 AM

B Pool Short pin placements
A Pool Long pin placements

Award Ceremony for each division will take place approximately 15 minutes following the completion of the last round for each division.

Pools will consist of the following divisions:

Pool A: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, FPO, FP40, MA1

Pool B: MA2, MA3, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA1, FA2, FA40, FA50

The divisions making up the pools are subject to change based on participant sign-up.

Disc Store will be vending the event and all amateur payouts will be completed through them.

!!!! $2000 ADDED CASH FOR PRO DIVISIONS!!! Divisions with at least 3 participants are eligible.

!!!! $1,500 ADDED to amateur payout!!! - divisions with at least 3 participants are eligible.

!!!! Trophies will be given out to divisions with at least 3 participants.

Player's packs for amateurs will include:

Custom "A Call to Arms" Sublimated Shirt
Tournament Stamped MVP Glitch
Disc Store Umbrella
Disc Store $10 Gift Card
Total value - $110

Players registering after July 10th will not be able to receive a custom sublimated shirt but instead will receive a replacement disc golf-related shirt of equal value.

Optional $5 Ace fund - MUST be registered for at the time of tournament registration - This cannot be registered for the day of the event.

Players will throw off for half of this money if it is not hit during the tournament with the other portion being donated to the OMDGA.

REFUND POLICY
PDGA cancel policy strictly enforced - including $10 fee

Cancellations made before June 10th will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made from June 10th through July 10th, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended.

Cancellations made on or after July 11th, 2024 will receive the custom A Call to Arms sublimated shirt and 50% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
