About this tournament
The Acepril Fools tag round is open to any and all members of LIDG. A 2024 LIDG tag is required to play, and may be purchased via Venmo or PayPal upon sign up, or on the day of the event for $25.
$6 fee = $5/per person to the day's event ace pot, $1 club fee. Pay by Venmo or PayPal FRIENDS AND FAMILY to: @meglovin
This is an event-only ace pot. Any ace(s) hit will be paid out from amount collected at this event only.
We will play a temporary safari layout, with all holes 200ft or shorter. Players will need to keep track of any DOTS off the tee for this tag round. A dot occurs any time the disc makes contact with any part of the basket from your tee shot. If your drive hits part of the basket but does not go in, that is a dot. After your round, you must inform the TD of your dot count.
The day's ace pot will go to whoever gets an ace during the round. If multiple aces are hit, it will be split. In the event that there are no aces, the ace pot will go to the player with the most DOTS.
NOTE: As of 2024, club members must stay for the tag distribution at the end of a the round, or make arrangements for their tag to be accepted by someone (other than a board member). The club will no longer hang onto tags for later distribution. If a tag is not claimed, it will be placed back into circulation and you will receive the next available tag at your next event.
