WAITLIST POLICY:
Waitlist entry fee is the full price. When a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the registration list and notified through Disc Golf Scene. Waitlist players can request a full refund (minus online fees) at any time. If you are moved from the waitlist to regular registration, normal refund policy applies. Anybody on the waitlist who doesn’t get into the tournament will receive a full refund (minus online fees).
Waitlist priority will go first toward established divisions with fewer than 4 players, and then by earliest registration date.
Registration will close at midnight Wednesday, Sept. 18th. There will be no day-of registration.

Withdraw within a 15-29 day notice (Aug. 23rd - Sept. 6th):
If spot is filled by waitlist, 100% refund (minus $10 processing fee). Otherwise, 50% entry fee refund.
With an 8-14 day notice (Sept. 7th - 13th):
If spot is filled by waitlist, 100% refund (minus $10 processing fee). Otherwise, 25% entry fee refund.
No refunds or players pack for withdrawals after Sept. 14th. No-shows (players who do not officially request to withdraw) forfeit their entry fee and do not receive a refund or player’s pack.
