About this tournament

Welcome to the 7th Annual Forsyth Open, presented by the Village of Forsyth.
We will be playing 3 rounds in 3 days at the Forsyth Disc Golf course. The Village of Forsyth has upped the ante this year, adding an additional $2,000 to the already promised $3,000 added cash to make this year's payouts HUGE. Come play a fun and challenging course that will test your power and touch before playing Ledgestone the next weekend. We are only 1 hour from Lake Eureka! Plenty of hotels within minutes of the course, along with other activities within 15 minutes including an outdoor concert venue, a terrific miniature golf course (an unofficial tradition at the Forsyth Open), and multiple restaurants. We would love to have you compete with us!
You must sign up by June 28 to guarantee the full player’s pack. Players signing up after this date will receive a gift card to Pathfinder discs for the value of the wholesale jersey.
Customized player's packs have now been ordered, any refund requests from amateurs on the jersey list will receive their player's pack at this time in lieu of a refund due to the personalized nature of the pack.
Amateur player’s pack (subject to change based on availability, but will be worth well over entry fee):
Custom Jersey with tournament logo, your last name and PDGA number (size up if between sizes)
2 Prodigy discs
Whale sac
Other small items may also be thrown in.
Trophies will only be ordered for divisions of 3 or more. Will need at least 6 for a 1st and 2nd place, will need 9 in a division for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.

Decatur Disc Golf Club-DDGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
