About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Join us for the exclusive 1-Day Singles event at Persimmon Ridge Resort, a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier tournament with a unique twist! This tournament, featuring a $500 added cash prize for the Pros, is set to challenge players across various divisions with diverse course layouts and added excitement.
Tournament Details:
Format: 2 rounds of 18 holes, with a shotgun start at 8:30 am. A lunch break (1 to 1.5 hr) follows the first round, with the second round's start time announced thereafter.
Course of Play
MPO: Round 1 Gold, Round 2 Gold with alternate pin position. Layout exception BOTH rounds: Hole 7 will be played from the Blue tee pad.
MA1, MP40, MP50, MP60: Round 1 Blue, Round 2 Gold standard pin position. Layout exception on Gold: Hole 7 will be played from the Blue tee pad.
MA2, FPO, FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60: Round 1 Red with layout exception: hole 18 to standard pin (across the lake). Round 2 Blue course to standard pin positions.
MA3, MA4, FA2, FA3 FA4 and Juniors: Will play Fun Chillow18 both rounds.
Entry Fees:
MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, FPO = $70 entry.
MA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA1 = $60
MA2, FA2 = $55 entry
MA3, MA4, FA3, FA4 = $50 entry
Junior = $40 entry
Please note: Pool caps are soft, and divisions may be adjusted depending on signups.
We request a minimum of 3 players per division. If there are not 3 players in your division you will be given the option to change divisions or a refund.
$8 of each entry will go toward PDGA & course green fees.
Prizes and Payouts:
Top 40% of OPEN divisions paid through PayPal within 48 hours post-event.
Top 45% of Amateur divisions paid through the Persimmon Ridge Pro Shop.
Top Junior(s) will receive a special prize by division.
Optional $5 ace pot buy in at registration. If Ace pot is not hit during the tournament, the funds will go to support the Persimmon Ridge Retreat A-Tier April 5-7, 2024.
Player Perks:
All amateur divisions receive a $30 Persimmon Ridge Pro Shop Voucher to build your own player pack at Saturday morning check-in. Player pack voucher must be used by event end. Your may use your player pack toward our A-tier Eclipse-A-Doozey mystery box pre-order!
$100 in-store credit for an ace on Hole 1. Also Closest to the Pin (CTP) challenges provided by Persimmon Ridge as our thanks to you for participating in our event!
Special Note:
Part of the PR Triple Crown Tournaments! Participate in all three (Singles, Doubles, & Triples) to receive a custom t-shirt. Event dates: Singles 3/2/24, Doubles 5/4/24 & Triples 6/8/24.
Refund Policy:
Full refund minus $5 fee for cancellations more than 3 days in advance.
75% refund minus $5 fee for cancellations under 3 days.
No refunds or player's packages for no-shows.
Persimmon Ridge Resort manages all refunds and cancellations.
