-1 Division: $90 Entry Per Team (plus everyone must bring an extra $5 for Green's Fees)
-3 Ways to Make a Team. Triples/Doubles/Odd Dog
-2 Days this Year
-1 Round of 18 Super Lula Holes each Day
-$20 Side Action Available Per Person. $18 per person being split into 22 Cash CTPs. And $2 For Ace Fund. If no Ace, Eagle Wins it. If neither, we will have a throw off.
-Being run the same weekend as the 2nd Annual US Mini Disc Golf Championship. EVERYONE can play in both Events.
-US Mini will have a very cheap Trophy Only Option for those that want the fun and experience without the Expensive Entry.
-US Mini will be played on a 18 Hole Championship Mini Course at NGCT.

ONLY 1 PERSON NEEDS TO SIGN UP PER TEAM, with TEAM NAME.
-MUST put all Team Member Names, their PDGA #'s and Ratings in the Notes Section.
-2 Rounds of the 18 Holes. 1 Round Each Day (Due to Wet Weather/Ground)
Entry Fee- $90 Per Team: Pay Day of Event
Optional $20 Side Action; Cash CTP on every Hole and Ace Fund.
SIDE ACTION IS $20 PER PERSON, NOT TEAM
3 DIFFERENT ways to form a team!
- Triples with a Ratings cap of 2730 (910 avg).
- Doubles with a cap of 1900 (950 avg).
- Odd Dawg. (Only 1 extra shot per hole, even on the Par 5's)
Triples team cant have 2 players rated over the 950 avg either. If you cant play on a Dubs team together, then you cant play on a trips team together
-Non PDGA members assume a rating of 910. -Non Current PDGA members will have their rating looked up if possible, if not they will be assigned a rating based of their tournament play over the previous year.
