Majette has invited you into the Mansion for the First Ever Monster Bash Weekend to celebrate the Fifth Annual Monster Mash.

Sunday - Single Round Singles Shotgun Start Clean Up Party
The Monster's Mansion Layout is unlike anything you've ever seen. The Mansion is only unlocked for one week. So sign up to get to experience the mansion or miss it and wait until next year.
This promises to be an event that everyone talks about for the next year.
Layout Details:
22 holes (numbered 0-21)
Scary design with new OBs and basket locations
Temporary tee pads will be used for some holes
Exact layout details to be available by early October.
Course layout to be completed the weekend prior to the event.

Trophies
- First place trophies for all divisions with 5 or more participants
- First place trophies guaranteed for MPO, FPO, MA1, FA1, MJ15, and FJ15
- Second place trophies guaranteed for all divisions with 10 or more participants
- Third place trophies guaranteed for all divisions with 15 or more participants
We reserve the right to give out more trophies for some divisions based on representation.
Partnership/Sponsorships
We are looking for partnerships to help support our goals for this event. As part of this event we are raising money for Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center in place of our annual Tinsel Toss Doubles event.
$2000 Presenting Sponsor (whole weekend)
$250 - Friday
$1500 - Saturday
$500 - Sunday
Presenting sponsor will have their name included in the event title, have their logo included on the discs and custom jerseys, and receive a hole sponsorship as part of the event. They will also be asked to join at Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center for the donation check presentation.
$175 Hole Sponsor
Hole sponsors will have their logo included on the basket as part of a vinyl wrap denoting the hole. They will also be able to decorate that hole for the event (pending approval of their decorations by tournament staff). This is a chance to really have your brand standout with some cool decorations.
We will have a prize for the best decorated hole as voted on by the players at the event, so a great chance to have people see your brand.
There will also be a sign with your logo/brand at the start of each hole.
$75 Jersey Sponsor
Have a logo included on the custom jersey for each player. These are limited to a few spots and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.
$75 Shout Outs Galore
We will give you a shout out and include your logo/name on a graphic of everyone who supported the event as part of the end of the event postings and the emails sent to all players.
We will provide sponsors will materials to announce their support of our event.

Refund policy
Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
All withdrawals will be done in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events 1.03.

Due to the nature of custom jerseys, all withdrawals within 30 days of the event will receive a player's pack in lieu of monetary refunds.
All withdrawals after September 15th may be subject to a withholding of $40 to cover the cost of any custom jersey that has been ordered.

Sponsorships and raffle tickets are non-refundable.
