This is our 5th Annual Honoring the Sacrifice Charity Disc Golf Tournament. This tournament honors all Veterans, but specifically supports Veterans that have suffered catastrophic combat injuries and their families through the Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation, a 501-c3 charity.. The cost of this B-tier tournament is $60 for Ams and $70 for Pros. Added cash for Pros is $1500.

Participation is capped at 144 players. All players must have a current PDGA membership.

Divisions currently offered are: MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, MA40, FA40, MA50, FA50, MA60, FA60, MA70, FA70, MJ18, FJ18

Pools:
The Pasture: All divisions will be divided into 3 pools for the 3 layouts; Long and Short, Shorter
Pool A (Long): MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1, MA2, MA40
Pool B (Short): FPO, MA3, MA4, MA50, MA60, MA70, FA1, FA2, MJ18
Pool C (Shorter): This Pool will include: FA3, FA4, FJ18, we will shorten the distance for holes 12, 13, 14 and 18 (Short Layout) and place flags at the tee boxes. They will remain Par 4s, with shorter distances. I will update here and in the 'picture' file once we determine the distances.

** Big Shout Out to Gravity!!! The short tees will have permanent framed, turf tee pads on every hole, Honorable mention goes to Pat Lowe and his crew for cleaning up the short hole tees and fairways. The course is looking super!

Westside: All divisions will be divided into 3 Pools according to the 3 layouts available: Longs (orange baskets), Original (Main), (Mixed orange and blue baskets) and Shorts (blue baskets, includes orange where there is not a blue basket;1,13, 16)
Pool A (Longs): MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1
Pool B: (Original (Main): FPO, MA40, MA2, MA3, MA50
Pool C: (Shorts): FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4, MA60, MA70, MA4, MJ(all)

Pass through fees: $21/player
Course use fees: $13
Sanctioning and insurance: $1
PDGA player fee: $4
TD course support (water, signage, OB markers, etc): $2
Trophies: $1

Player Pack:
1. $20 voucher redeemable for merchandise from an on-site vendor on tournament day.
2. Tournament t-shirt; light cotton, wicking: retail value: $17
3. Chick-fil-A free meal card: $10
4. 2 raffle tickets: $2

Payout:
Pros will receive their payout via PayPal
Ams will receive a voucher, redeemable for merchandise with our on-site vendors. Vouchers must be redeemed on tournament day.

Trophies: all divisions with 3 or more players will receive a first place trophy

Tournament Tee shirt: Each player will receive a tournament t-shirt. A light cotton, with wicking properties. Each t-shirt will have the tournament logo on the front and a list of sponsors on the back. You must select your size at registration: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Registrations after November 4th are not guaranteed a t-shirt, a replacement item may be substituted.

Ace Pot: $5 at registration. After 25 competitors register for the Ace Pot, a $75 bounty will be added. If no one hits an ace in regulation play, the ace pot will be donated to the Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation

CTPs: $3 at registration. Each division will have at least 1 CTP. CTP winners will receive a voucher redeemable for merch with our on-site vendors. Vouchers must be redeemed on tournament day.

Raffle: We will have a raffle including Zuca carts, portable practice baskets, disc golf bags and discs. We will update the raffle merch inventory as we collect it. Pictures of the items will be posted on the Disc Golf Scene tournament page in 'pictures'. The initial items include: a Zuca compact cart, an MVP black hole pro basket, a Grip Eq bag and many discs signed by pros. Disc Golf Scene 'pictures' will be updated as items are added.
You will receive 2 raffle tickets with your player pack.
You may purchase additional raffle tickets at registration up to 25. The more you spend, the more tickets you buy:
$5 = 6 raffle tickets
$10 = 12 raffle tickets
$15 = 18 raffle tickets
$20 = 24 raffle tickets
$25 = 30 raffle tickets
You may purchase additional raffle tickets on tournament day.

Old Soldier (Mac) DG is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All refunds and withdrawals will be handled in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03
