About this tournament

The CCDGA is proud to present the 5th Annual Bernel Bash! This will be a one-day, two-round C-tier at Bernel Road Park in State College, PA.

The player's pack is two custom-stamped discs from Thoughtspace Athletics (one putter plastic and one premium plastic) as well as a rechargeable UV flashlight for glow golf! Additional player's packs will be available for purchase both as an add-on during registration and as a pack-only option (Select the "PACK" option). If you need your pack shipped, additional fees will apply.

There will be multiple CTP prizes up for grabs, and the winners of each division will receive custom trophies! This will be a trophy-only event for amateurs, and cash payouts (plus trophy) for pro divisions.

All divisions will play the new Bernel permanent course (changes completed in early October). This layout includes minor changes to many holes and a complete redesign of holes 16, 17, and 18. See the "Pictures" tab for more details, including maps of the redesigned holes.

There is an optional $2 Ace Pot available to all registered players. If no ace is hit, the money will be donated to the Penn State Disc Golf Club. Players also have the option to make a $8 donation to the Penn State Disc Golf Club to help the club pay for travel to the College Disc Golf National Championship. You can select the donation as an add-on during registration or by selecting the "PSU" option if you would like to donate without playing. In exchange for their donation, players will receive a custom PSU mini and sticker.

Lunch will not be provided. Players are encouraged to bring a lunch or visit one of the nearby restaurants in State College. A lunch break is tentatively scheduled for 11:45am - 12:45pm. Should the schedule shift, players will have at least one hour for lunch once the last card finishes their first round.
