PLAYERS PACK
The first 45 amateur divsion players to register will recieve a dynamic disc easy-go bag.
The second 45 amateur division players to register will recieve a dynamic disc trooper bag along with a WOGD tournament shirt!!!!
The first 90 amateur players will also recieve a $10 gift card to infinite discs!!
ANYONE IN THE FIRST 45 CAN OPTION TO A TROOPER BAG AND SHIRT IF THEY HAD RATHER HAVE THE 2ND OPTION but we need to know ASAP.
These divisions include all advanced, all intermediate, all amateur masters, all rec, all novice divisions
Event Schedule :
Friday Oct 18. Dynamic Discs will be onsite at a Veterans Park in Tupelo running a flex start doubles, go see Matt & Bear at the DD RV for a great time.
Saturday Oct 19. 1 round via tee tmes at Bel Air golf course with all cards teeing from hole 1.
Saturday night starting around 6pm we will have a players party at belair with free beer supplied by Mitchell Distributing and food by Mississippi Mafia. We will have a ring of fire as well.
Sunday Oct 20. Every player will play trace gold, rec, novice and amateur women will have shorter pads. All cards will have a designated tee time and will start their round from hole 1.
IF WE GO OVER 90 PLAYERS WE WILL PLAY TEE TIMES SATURDAY AT BELAIR FOLLOWED BY TEE TIMES SUNDAY AT TRACE GOLD!!! LETS GET TO THE 144 CAP.
This tournament will be pre-registration ONLY!!! No day of sign ups. Registration will open via discgolfscene on August 2nd.

Pdga refund policy.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; see 1.03.B above.)
