Refund policy

Charlie and Laura Callahan are responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Registration cancellation and refund requests must be received no later than 8 pm Thursday, Sept. 5 for full refund minus $10 handling fee. Cancellations made after Sept. 5 or no show will NOT receive a refund. Any cancellations will not receive a players package. All refunds will be issued by check.
