Welcome to the 3rd Annual Lawson Williams Memorial Tournament at Waller Pines DGC. As most of you know, we sadly lost our beloved friend after his years-long battle with Lung Cancer. To honor his memory, we have decided to run an annual tournament where a $5 donation from each player will go to the charity Jack's Helping Hand.

We will play one round per day, with that round consisting of 30 holes. PDGA live scoring will be used. ACCESS CODE: Lawson25
And of course, we will be serving that famous Santa Maria Style Tri Tip BBQ that all of our tournaments are known for. All AM divisions will receive a Legacy Disc with the tournament stamp and a BBQ Lunch. All Open Divisions will receive a BBQ Lunch.

All payouts are determined using the PDGA Tournament Manager application. All estimated payouts will be posted on the PDGA website before the start of play. All Open Divisions payouts will be sent via PayPal per PDGA guidelines. All Amateur payouts will be provided by OTB Discs. AM players will receive an email containing a link to the OTB Discs website per PDGA Guidelines. All Ace Pot winners will be sent their winnings through PayPal.

As of 2024, the PDGA requires all players on a card to keep score. Players are encouraged to use the PDGA Scoring App, but we will also provide paper scorecards for those who want that option. ACCESS CODE: Lawson25

Last year, all Friends of Waller Park events required all players receiving cash payments to fill and complete a W-9 tax form before payment can be accepted. We will provide these forms on-site and are looking at options for an online method. If you choose not to fill out the W-9, payment cannot be made in accordance with PDGA guidelines.

PDGA requires documenting all pass-through fees for events.
PDGA fees: $3 per player
FOWP Fee: $10 per player
Jack's Helping Hands: $5 per player
