About this tournament

The Big Foot Tour Series is excited to host its return to Norman, OK on Saturday March 29th at Griffin Park and N.E. Lions in Norman, OK. This will be a one day, two rounds of singles.

PDGA sanctioned B Tier Tournament with $1000 Added Cash payout for Pros.

Pools and Layouts
Gold Pool will be Pro Divisions + MA1 + MA40
Silver Pool will be All Other Am Divisions MA50+ Rec, Women's Am Divisions and All Junior Divisions
Note: Its possible that we may need to move divisions to the A Pool to accommodate more players into the B Pool!

In the morning we will have tournament Central at NE Lions:
Gold Pool will play Griffin Golds
Silver Pool will play NE Lions Championship Layout

Final Round pools will switch courses:

Check in on Saturday March 29th will begin at 8:00am at NE Lions. The first round will begin at 9AM and at the conclusion of Round 1 there will be a 1.5 hour lunch. The Final round will begin between 1:30-2:00pm.

Pro divisions will be awarded cash payout
Amateur divisions will be awarded prize payout.

Refund policy

2025 BigFoot Tour Series Event Cancellation Policy

Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.

Players who have paid more than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Weather Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
