Our main purpose with the event this year is it to raise funds to keep growing the sport that Brad loved so much in the Triangle.
This year we will be doing a huge raffle as well as player packs for amateurs and optional payout for professionals. (of course if you wanted to donate your winnings to the fundraiser you are more then welcome to.) Player pack includes premium plastic tournament stamped disc courtesy of Innova Champion Discs, a Dri-Fit shirt with tournament artwork and more!
The Brad Lendzian Memorial is one that we cherish close to our hearts. Brad was a good friend of so many North Carolinian disc golfers and he spent countless hours chasin’ aces at Kentwood! This event is held every year to remember our great friend while doing what he loved.
This event is designed to raise money to better our courses in the area while also leaving behind a mark of who Brad Lendzian was and how much he impacted our community over the decade that he spent in Raleigh. This year with the money raised from the event and raffle (wanna support by bringing a raffle item feel free to donate!!) we will be donating to the Kentwood Disc Golf Club.
We will be having our pay out, ctps and raffle followed immediately after the round at Ruckus Pizza in Mission Valley, which is right down the road from Kentwood Park. We will be remembering and celebrating Brads very impactful life during this time as well.
We hope to see all of you there!
