Tree Love DG is excited to partner up with the Fairfield DGA and the City of Fairfield to bring you the 3rd Annual FTX OPEN sponsored by MINT DISCS. We wanted to reach out today to give you some information on the schedule and layouts for this weekend.
This is a 2 day B Tier in Fairfield TX with tee times.
All Players will play one round per day.
$1500 ADDED CASH TO OPEN DIVISIONS
$250 ADDED CASH TO AMS DIVISIONS

Hole # 2: Road and beyond / Fence and beyond and right of painted line and beyond is OB.
Hole # 3: Road and beyond / Creek in front of tee is OB
Hole # 4: Concrete and beyond is OB/ Road and beyond
Hole # 5: Day 1 Tee off from Concrete Tee Pad/ Road and beyond is OB/
Day 2 New Tee position across the road next to Hole 6 with only Road as OB
Hole # 6: Day 1 Tee off from Alternate Flagged Tee Pad. No island hole. Fence and beyond is OB. Paint line and beyond OB.
Day 2 Tee off from Concrete Tee Pad. Island Hole with 40’ diameter/ IF 1st shot does not rest on the island, player heads to DZ with a penalty stroke/ Penalty and Re-throw from DZ for any shot landing before inbounds/ If the DZ throw travels past the island circle and into OB, play it where it last crossed the island with a penalty stroke/ Painted line and Fence and beyond is OB.
Hole # 7: Left of the Painted line is OB. Inside Painted pond and soft mud lines are OB. Road and beyond OB.
Hole # 8: Painted line is OB, throw next shot from the spot the disc went OB according to a consensus from the card / Fence and beyond is OB
Hole # 9: Day 1 tee off from concrete tee pad . Road and beyond is OB / Player takes the next shot from the spot the disc went OB according to a consensus from the card. Ditch is safe before the basket. Day 2 Tee off from Basketball court alternate tee pad with same rules as Day 1
Hole # 10: Tee shot is thrown from OB. Disc must travel Right of marked Mando and land inbounds past the wooden posts and the sidewalk right before the Red Tee Pad. Sidewalk on the east of the creek denotes OB between the tee pad that are marked with a line. If a player misses mando or discs never rests in-bounds from the tee shot..proceed to DZ (red tee box) with stroke penalty.
Hole # 11: Sidewalk and beyond / If disc never crosses over in bounds then re-tee with a stroke penalty
Hole # 12: Sidewalk and beyond / Painted Line and beyond is OBPlayer takes next shot from the spot the disc went OB according to a consensus from the card / If disc never crosses over in bounds then re-tee with a stroke penalty
Hole # 13: Sidewalk and beyond / Road and beyond / Surrounded by water OB. Concrete tunnel is OB.
Hole # 14: Throw right of the Marked Mando/ If you miss the mando proceed to the drop zone marked with flags. Painted Line and beyond OB. Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole # 15: Tee shot is played from OB. If the disc never crossed in bounds, re-tee with a stroke penalty. Road and beyond to the right of Basket is OB / Fence and beyond OB
Hole # 16: Must throw right of the Marked MANDO. If Mando is missed from the first throw, the player must re-tee with a penalty stroke/ ANY tee shot or re-tee throw must land safe in-bounds / If you make the mando but do not land inbounds Proceed to marked DZ next to the RED TEE with a penalty stroke. OB is surrounded by water and Both Sidewalks and beyond OB. Sand bar (right of the basket) that connects both banks is SAFE. Bank on the right side of the pond is safe before the sidewalk. Do not go in the water. We will have someone go in after the tournament. PER CITY REQUEST.
Hole # 17: Marked lines and beyond / If disc never crosses over in bounds then re-tee with a stroke. Poles are not Mandos.
Hole # 18: Island Hole: (QUARDUPLE MANDO Island Hole) The island starts before the mando, it is flagged and painted..the island also then surrounds the basket with fence and painted lines once passed thru the opening of the backstop/ Any Tee shot that does not rest in bounds whether it be before the quad mando or thru it proceeds to the DZ with Stroke penalty, If tee shot travels past thru Quad mando and over the fence proceed to DZ. If DZ throw travels thru Quad mando and over the fence behind the basket, play it where it last crossed the fence with a penalty stroke.
ALL DIVISIONS except FA3 and Juniors will be playing Concrete Tee Pads both Rounds.
FA3 and Juniors will be playing red tees both rounds.

Tree Love Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or submitted through Disc Golf Scene registration or email only.
Any cancellation before March 14th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations between March 15th through March 30th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations after September March 30th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
