About this tournament

Pick your own player pack! Because we're able to process everything in house now, we see no reason why you can't decide what you want for your player pack. Shirts cost a little extra so we can bring high quality to your selection.

You can pick from:

-An event plate with the OUTTATIME wording, or your name and PDGA number!
- A Custom Event Towel with your name and pdga number
- A Custom Event Shirt for a small upcharge.

Your choice! Once you've selected, we begin processing. We can't make changes after that, so choose carefully.

2 round, 20 holes. Open and ma1 will play all Gold Pads.

All other divisions will play short pads to yellow baskets.

We cover the cost of trophies! We do require 3 players in a division for trophy competition though.

A word on waitlists. We do our best to follow waitlist order. However, we adjust the final order by pads to minimize 5 packs as much as possible. We will follow order for pads played but sometimes that means numer 3 is in while number 2 isn't. Waitlists are tricky. I do my best and try to be fair. This is just a point of clarification on how we manage waitlists.

Refund policy

We can't unmake custom unfortunately. We begin processing promptly so we can bring a high quality event. Refund scale is as follows.

4/15 to 4/22 full refund if your spot is filled.
4/22 - 5/5 Player packs are processed. If your spot is filled we will refund $30.00. Please include your shipping address.
Registration closes 5/10. After that point we will refund the waitlist and no refunds will be given. This is not punitive. We're pushing for the best quality we can give and this helps us keep events smooth and strong.
