Sunday Funday friends, please join us for the 2nd Annual Sunday Funday Doubles League Final Tournament!
We will be playing TWO rounds of 18 holes from the SHORT tees. The format will be as follows:
Round 1: Holes 1-9: Singles
Round 1: Holes 10-18: Doubles: The player with the highest score and player with the lowest score after the first nine will be paired, 2nd highest with 2nd lowest, etcetera, until all players have a partner. If we have an uneven number of people, the player who scored in the very middle will be cali for holes 10-18 of the first round.
Round 2: Holes 1-18: Doubles: Partners determined purely by the cards (as we do for regular league rounds).
We have decided that instead of doing a players pack, we will be dedicating $15 of the tournament fee to payouts, CTPs, prizes, trophies and goodies! We will have CTPs on all 18 holes. Since we are playing 2 rounds, you'll get 2 chances to win a CTP per hole. 4 of the 18 CTPs will be ladies only.
The remaining $5 of your tournament fee is entered directly into our ace pool. Since our regular league days have ended for the season, we are carrying over the remainder of our $121 ace pool as well. If multiple players ace during the 2 rounds, the pool will be split amongst all players who hit them. If no one aces during the tournament, we will have a throw off for 80% of the ace pool. The other 20% will be retained as our starting ace pool for the 2020 season.
