About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is the second annual Second Chance Shootout doubled tournament on one of Alabama's newest disc golf courses—The Tiger, located in Fayette, AL. It's a really fun design and we look forward to you playing this fun event. Both rounds will be best shot doubles format. MPO, MA1 & MA2 will play the long tee on 10. All other divisions will play the short tee.
This tournament is a fundraiser for the 24th Judicial Circuit Drug Court Program. The event is to garner public attention to the resilience and recovery of our clients and to assist them with their fees in the program.
Pros will pay out 85% of the pot. First place winners in the amateur divisions will receive a custom trophy. Players pack to be announced.
Ace pot will pay out 100% if there is an ace. If not, there will be a throwoff following the second round. The winner of the throw-off will receive 50% of the ace pot. The rest will go to the 24th Judicial Circuit Drug Court Program. Plenty of items will be raffled off and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the charity.
In order to save cost and have more money raised for the cause, this event is unsanctioned.
Following the tournament, Carl and the Road Dawgs will perform again this year!
Come out and enjoy!
