About this tournament
2 rounds of play
2 round PDGA C-tier at Lake Stephens DGC in Surveyor, WV.
Tee Assignments:
MPO, MP40, MA1 - 2 rounds of blue tees
FPO, MA2, MA40 - 1 round of white tees, 1 round of blue tees
FA1, MA3 - 2 rounds of white tees
Caddie Book:
This will serve as the player's meeting for event. All course rules, Out-of-Bounds, and basket positions will be discussed. This will be attached to the DGScene page as well as sent to all players closer to the event date.
Divisions:
Division caps are set based on numbers from last year's event. If the division you are planning to play is full, sign up for the waitlist as pools will be modified to fit the demand.
Player's Packs:
Player's packs will be at minimum a $25 voucher to Fabulous Flying Discs, which can be used onsite during the event or through their online store. For amateurs, you will need to set up an email with FFD for the online system. If we are not told otherwise we will use the email provided during registration for this.
Payouts:
Payouts will be to top 40% of all divisions. Pros will receive cash via PayPal and Ams as FFD store credit. If a pro is not accepting cash, the Tournament Directors must be notified prior to submission of the event report.
Card Assignments:
Starting holes will be determined at registration's closing. We will not be accommodating any requests for round one cards as this can throw the pools off.
Refunds:
Full refunds (minus transaction fees) will be issued up until the time of registration's closing. Any withdrawals after this point or no-shows on the day of the event will not be granted a refund, however Ams can still receive their player's pack through email.
CTP/Ace Pot:
CTPs for the event will be free-entry, we are working on the prizes for this. Ace Pot will be $5, paid for during registration or in cash at registration for the event. In the case that no ace is hit, ace pot will become added cash for the Mountain State Open in June.
Fee Breakdown:
$2 for PDGA
$3 to be used to improve Lake Stephens DGC and meet added cash requirements for the Mountain State Open B-tier
The remaining entry fee will go towards payouts and players packs for applicable divisions.

Any added cash will be delegated appropriately across divisions.

Per the 2024 PDGA Official Rules and Competition Manual, all players will be required to keep score for both rounds. We prefer at least one player per card to use PDGA Live Scoring for submission of scores, however paper cards will be available. UDisc scorecards are acceptable, however UDisc Event Scoring will not be enabled.
