Some folks have issues with service. To mitigate this, please check in before arriving
-Player meeting starts at 8:15
-Round 1 will start once all players are at designated tee pads. Around 8:40 am
Play ends once last card taps out
-Lunch will last 1 hour (time will be determined by last card tapping out)
-Round 2 (Time TBD)

-Awards will follow, CTP'S, Cash CTP, and Ace Pot.

About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Join us for a fun unsanctioned 2 round event at Bear Creek Meadows. This event is our annual members singles tournament. For 2026 we're playing two rounds and two different layouts. We will also have 4 divisions, MA1-MA4.

We appreciate everyone that comes out, and hope you have a great time on our property. Last year we had around 40 players. This year we want to fill every division. Just like last year, we will have multiple Disc CTP'S for each division, optional Cash CTP'S for each division and optional Ace Pot for everyone. If no Ace is hit during play we will throw off at the end after awards have been given out. Food will not be available this year. Since this is a 2 round tournament, we will have a 1 hr lunch break between round 1 and round 2. This also allows time for me to change the layout for the 2nd round. There are plenty of food options within 10 mins of our property. I recommend Two Brothers Pizza or Food City Deli.

Payouts based on # of entries per division
$20 of entry fee goes to payout pot, the remaining $10 goes to the house (BCMDGC)
If divisions fill we will pay out 1st-3rd.
Payouts will be disbursed the day of the tournament in cash.

Bear Creek Meadows is responsible for all refunds. Full refunds will be given up to Aug 11th at midnight EST. No refunds after Aug 12th.
