About this tournament
1 round of play
2nd Annual Joe Schmo Pro Tour event. This year will be an Ace Race hosted by CCDG. This will be held at three creeks private course. We will have 18 short holes for many ace chances.
There will be a shotgun-start for one round of 18 holes; three throws, per hole, per player. Players are required to dress up in a disc golf theme costume (favorite disc golf pro or personality) and compete for a cash payout for best costume. No costume, no participation. All costumes welcome but cash payout will only go to a disc golf theme costume.
When:
October 30th at 3 Creeks DGC in North East, MD. 9:30 am tee time.
Course layout:
Holes are generally between 150 and 250 feet (45 to 75 meters).
Entry fee

Format
Bring Your Own Bag. Players will have three throws per hole, using three separate discs. Mark outcome from the best disc thrown on the scorecard. (Only one disc can be scored per hole) All players should mark “5” for aces (a hole-in-one) and “3” for chain out and “1” point for metal hit.
After all players in the group have thrown, discs are picked up and the group moves directly to the next tee.
The player with the most points after 18 holes is declared the winner. In the case of ties, the number of “Aces” is used as a tiebreaker (subsequently, chain outs and metal hits). If a tie persists, a closest to the pin contest is then used to determine the event winner. (or rock paper scissors)
Payouts:
All money, minus PayPal fees, will be paid out to the player pool as follows:
1st Place: 40% of prize purse
2nd Place: 25% of prize purse
3rd Place: 10% of prize purse
Costume Contest: 25% of prize purse
