This is the one that you don't want to miss.
Just like last year, we will play two rounds of disc golf with a Clubhouse provided lunch in between. Unlike last year we will play on the now fully completed Cabin Course. That means we not only have 36 of the most beautiful top of the line, sports field turf tee pads but it also means that we have cup holders on every single tee sign post and brand new signs. Because you deserve to have the information needed to play your best. All divisions will play both layouts but don't worry we will have slightly different rules when it comes to throwing over the water for the lower divisions.

Refund policy

Flying Disc Clubhouse is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
