2nd Annual Calavera Open

2 rounds shotgun start at Breckinridge Park (Complex C) in Richardson, TX.

9:00 AM 1st round tee time, 1 hr lunch break after last card is submitted.

Trophies for all amateur divisions with 4+ players by Thursday Oct. 10 at 9AM. If there are not enough players in a division by this deadline, we cannot guarantee there will be a trophy available.

Refund policy

MX Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.


CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event on or before October 1 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 2 and October 11 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the Player has the choice of EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 11 and the published closure of registration (10/13/24 at 7AM CST) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration, and DO NOT PLAY (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.

Players on the waitlist who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund.
