About this tournament
1 round of play
The LSU Disc Golf Club is proud to present the Second Annual Battle of the Bayou! This tournament will take place at Highland Road Community Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and will be a qualifying event for College Disc Golf Nationals.
There are two DI/DII bids that will be awarded to the top finishing teams (some rules apply for bids according to CDG https://collegediscgolf.com/season/). College Disc Golf teams are able to compete in this event and must be in accordance to all competition standards set by College Disc Golf for the 2022-2023 season.
We will be using the PDGA digital scorecard system. We will have a paper scorecard option as well, but the card will be responsible for filling out the digital scorecard after the round.
The tournament will consist of two rounds, one singles format and one team format. The singles round will be played on the short (purples) layout and the team round will be played on the long (gold) layout.
If you are interested in sponsoring this event, please reach out to Josh Hollier or the LSU Disc Golf Club on Instagram @lsudiscgolf.
Thank you to Lucky Disc Golf for sponsoring the tournament payout! Make sure to check out their retail website or their in-person store in Las Vegas, NV.
