Refund policy
＊大会申し込み締め切り前に、参加の辞退を正式に申し出たプレーヤーには、参加費から振込手数料を差し引いた金額を返金します。（昼食代を支払っている場合には昼食費も返金）
＊大会申し込み締め切り以後の辞退については、参加費の返却は行わない。プレーヤーが受け取る予定だったプレーヤーズパックを後日送ります。（昼食代を支払っている場合、昼食費の返金も不可）
Players who officially withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a refund of the entry fee minus the bank transfer fee.
If lunch has been purchased, the lunch fee will also be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after the registration deadline.
In such cases, the player pack originally allocated to the player will be sent at a later date.
If lunch has been purchased, the lunch fee will not be refunded.
