All details that follow are subject to a slight change or adjustment based upon the parks approval and guidelines that may be imposed based upon the pandemic. Field sizes and number of holes could possibly be changed if the park caps the amount of participants we are allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time, if in fact we have to make any changes. Until we learn the exact plan we are continuing with the sign up schedule to keep up with the timeline. If any of the changes that possibly happen impact the tournament in such a way that a refund is necessary we will address this on a case by case basis. We appreciate all of our competitors and still hope we are able to give the best experience possible.

Waitlist will be used again as per the usual. Someone drops, then the next up is contacted. Once waitlist on DGS is full players will be added in the order emails are received.

The PDGA COVID-19 WAIVER will be part of registration and will be required to compete.

Female Divisions and MA4 will play from temp short pads on 8, 12, 15, & 16.
Original Lake Russell 18 + combination of the woods holes and new holes.
Reminder that the temp holes will still be natural tee pads, more than likely, since we were just informed of their approval this week.

**Good news / Bad news: the park and core approved 6 of the 9 temp holes for permanent installation. However, 3 holes were on a historic site, so we will have to start looking to add 3 more holes to complete the new 18.



Cabins, Camping, and Hotels

As of 7/24/2020 there are currently 1 Cabin, and 10 Campsites showing available for LRO weekend at the park. To avoid problems with checking out and Sunday’s round, please book through Monday 9/14. Please check with the park for reservations and COVID related policies.

Hotel accommodations are available in Elberton, with several options available. Days Inn is the closest available to the park.

Must have a minimum of 4 players to have a trophy offered for that division.
(Exception made for Female Divisions)
100% of female participants will receive a payout

Entry fee includes:
($2 PDGA, $8 Course fee, and $1 GSS)
$10 additional fee for players without current PDGA memberships.




All pre registered amateur players will receive a Players Pack!


Sponsorships options:
Hole Sponsor = $25,
tee sign, hole selection on first come first served basis.
Tournament Sponsor = $100, RESERVED SPOT IF PAID PRIOR TO AUGUST 1st
tee sign at hole 1 or Tournament Central and a hole of your choice. (Does not include entry fee)
Support the ladies = $10,
100% of proceeds will go to ladies payout, based on division percentages.
