    (Flex Start Doubles) Check in at hole #1. Divisions will be Open/Pro, Advanced, and Recreational. Cash payout for the Open/Pro teams and vouchers for all other divisions; courteous of Play It Again Sports.

    7:30am - 8:30am

    Check-In for all divisions @ The Alma Community Center.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Round one begins promptly at 9:00 am and should end somewhere close to 12:00 pm noon. There will be an hour and a half lunch.

    12:00pm - 1:30pm

    (Lunch) This time will depend on when the last card was turned in. I will announce the the correct start time via our Facebook Event Page and WAFDA's Facebook Home Page.

    1:30pm - 4:30pm

    Round two will begin somewhere close to this schedule time but the correct start time will be announced via our Facebook Event Page and WAFDA's Facebook Home Page.

    4:30pm - 5:30pm

    Payout and Trophy Presentation @ The Alma Community Center.

Western Arkansas Flying Disc Association (WAFDA) is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Before September 21st: Full refund minus PayPal fees.

Before September 28th: 50% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)

Between September 28th and October 3rd: 25% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)

After October 3rd at 8:00 PM: No refund.
