About this tournament
1 round of play
Buchmiller Disc Golf Course installed baskets 20 years ago. LAFS will be celebrating this anniversary with a PDGA C-Tier tournament. This will be a trow-back style event, with only two divisions offered, Open and Intermediate.
2 Rounds on the brand new Short Baskets!
$20 entry fee for all divisions
($10 fee for non-PDGA members)
$5 optional ace pot
Open:
Open division will pay cash prizes. 100% payout!! Fees to be paid by TD.
$5 optional Super Pot - Compete for a side pot with all those who opt in. Super Pot winnings do not count as accepting PDGA cash.
If you usually play AM and want to step up to Open for this, you can accept prizes in life of cash.
Intermediate:
All AMs get disc of choice with entry. Top 3 finishers will win a trophy. AMs may opt into the Super Pot.
Ace Pot will be separate for each division. If no one hits an ace, we will play off for half the ace pot after 2nd round, with the other half benefiting the club.
If you usually play Advanced we recommend you step up to Open for this event. Anyone can win the short layout at Buchmiller! As long as you accept prizes instead of cash you will not lose your PDGA amateur status.
