The TBDSC Summer League is a historic and highly competitive league that consists of an 8-week regular season with 2 playoff weeks. This year we are holding an 8 team league.
Registration: General registration opens on Wednesday, April 22nd at 8:00 pm. We are expecting the event to fill within a few minutes, similar to the last couple of years. Be ready to go when it opens! If you don't get signed up in time, go ahead and register for the waitlist, there are always a couple people who find out they can't play.
You must be a current TBDSC member by draft night to be eligible for the league
Format: 8 Teams with 9 players. Each team's players are seeded 1-9 and face off against the other team's identical seed. The lower total score between the two of you wins a point for their team. The team with the most points wins the match.
Time: Shotgun start at 6:05 pm on Wednesday nights from June 3rd until August 5th. Playoffs on July 29th and August 5th.
Subs: We encourage players who are signing up to be available to participate every week. We understand that you may miss a week because of traveling or sickness, which is why we allow you to get a sub, who is clearly not better than you, to play in your place. Draft Party: We are planning on the draft party to be on May 6th at 7:00 pm. We will host it at Your Pizza Shop at 1200 8th Ave SW, Largo, FL 33770. Attending the draft is not a requirement, but it will be a great time of camaraderie with your fellow league mates. You'll get to watch the captains battle it out and make the picks for their team. Don't forget to talk some smack!
