Refund policy

South Huntsville Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All players who withdraw from the tournament will be charged a $10 handling fee.

***IMPORTANT*****

The last day to withdraw and receive a full refund is 5/8/2026. Players who drop between then and the start of the tournament will receive either their player's pack or a 25% refund.
