Welcome to the Power Disc Golf Academy Championship Series! This Series is a Pro/Am Series hosted by Power DGA TDs, for everyone! We're looking for the best players in the world to compete for a chance to play in the Series Finale at Eagles Crossing in Hawk Point, MO! The top 25% of players in each division will receive invitations to Series Finale.

The Power Disc Golf Academy Championship Series is presented by Discraft, Disc Golf Threads, and Bogey Free!

EVENT INFORMATION
1-Round C-Tier Singles Flex Start at Sprinkle Valley in Austin, TX

Layout:
Long Tees - MPO, MP40, MA1
Short Tees (Long tee on Hole 1) - All other divisions

Entry Fee Breakdown
Gross Entry Fee - $29/player
Pass Through Fee - $9/player
Net Entry Fee - $20/player

-$3 Series Fees - 100% of Series Fees collected from professional players will be added to added cash payout for the Series Finale. 100% of Series Fees collected from amateur players will be added to added merchandise payout for the Series Finale.

Greens Fees
All players are required to pay $5 directly to Sprinkle Valley at the bar or via the QR code at Hole 1. Each player will receive a $5 credit to ABW once greens fees are paid.

Professional Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Professional Payout ($20)
$20 per player will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration.

Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Amateur Player Pack ($5)
$5 per player is allocated to player packs. Each player will receive either:
- $5 credit to the Power DGA Player Pack Store
- $5 discount to the next Power DGA 2-round event in Austin (details coming soon)

Amateur Payout ($15)
$15 per player is allocated to Amateur Payout in the form of credit to the DGPT Pro Shop (in person or online). Payout vouchers will be distributed by DGPT via email after the event is complete. Payouts will remain valid until 12/31/2026.

Series Ace Pool
Each player has the option to enter the Series Ace Pool for $3/player. The ace pool will include entries from every Qualifying Event around the country. If no ace is hit, the ace pool will roll over to the next weekend. The hole must be >150 feet in distance to qualify for the Series Ace Pool.

2026 Points Series - Presented by Disc Golf Threads
Players will earn points for every Power DGA Championship Series Event you compete in, and bonus prizes will be awarded based on the number of points they earn throughout the Series! Players will receive the following points for each event they compete in:

- 3 Points for entering an event
- 1 Point for every player beaten
- 5 Points for finishing in 1st place
- 2 Points for finishing in 2nd place

Players will earn point multiplies based on the type of event they compete in:
- 1x Points - 1-round C-Tier Flex Starts
- 2x Points - 2-round C-Tiers
- 3x Points - 2-round Am Slam B-tiers

The Series Points winner in every division will receive a Team Power sponsorship invitation for 2026! Additional prizes and tiers are shown on the graphic in the Pictures section. Prizes from the Points Series will be distributed in early July 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: There are an odd number of players in my division. How will the top 25% invitations be awarded?
A: If there are an odd number of players, we will invite the larger 25% - top 2 of 5, 3 of 9, etc.

Q: There is only one person in my division, will I still receive an invitation?
A: Yes, if there is only one player in your division, you will receive an invitation to the Finale and the bonus points for winning the division.

Q: Is there a minimum number of players needed for the event?
A: We generally need at least 4 players to form a full card. If the event has fewer than 4 players, it may be canceled or postponed at the TD's discretion. If the event is canceled, registered players will receive a full refund.

Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.

>7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
