About this club membership

Annual club membership is $20. You receive full access to PBDG league ace funds, and a 2026 PBDG bag tag. The annual dues are used to pay for bag tags, the annual club party, the club’s insurance, and course maintenance.

WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of gaining membership to the Palm Beach Disc Golf Club as well as being allowed to participate in Palm Beach Disc Golf Leagues and Events to be held throughout 2026, including all related events and activities or while at disc golf spaces on Palm Beach County Park property (collectively, the “EVENT”), the undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees that:

1. I acknowledge and fully understand that my participation in the EVENT may involve the risk of injury, including the possibility of serious injury or death, not only from my own actions, but also from the action or inaction of others, the condition of the premises, or the failure of the equipment or machinery used. I knowingly agree to assume all such risk, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

2. I agree to conduct myself during the EVENT with all due regard for my own safety and the safety of all participants, observers and bystanders. I agree to comply with the directions of all EVENT organizers, and I agree to immediately notify EVENT organizers if I observe any unsafe condition or behavior during the EVENT.

3. For myself, and on behalf of all of my heirs, assigns, executors, personal representatives and next of kin, I hereby waive and forever release the officers, directors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, donees and local organizers of both the Professional Disc Golf Association, Palm Beach County Parks, City of West Palm Beach Parks, City of Palm Beach Gardens Parks, Village of Royal Palm Beach parks and Palm Beach Disc Golf Inc and EVENT organizers from and against any and all liabilities, claims, expenses or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

4. Rules and Regulations: I acknowledge that I have been provided with the Palm Beach Disc Golf Club By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, and Code of Conduct and Procedures. I agree that I, and any guests or minor children of which I am the parent or guardian, will fully comply with all such Rules and Regulations and with all signage posted, at all times while at the disc golf courses and within Palm Beach County parks.

I have read this waiver and release agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducements. Furthermore I also recognize that the PDGA and the EVENT organizers have the right and responsibility to record the event through video and still photography of any and all participants. I hereby grant permission that such photography may be used for event publicity, public information, or any other promotional use that falls within Event host activity

Refund policy

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:
TO OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW: Players MUST withdraw using Disc Golf Scene withdraw option OR email (or phone) their withdrawals to the Palm Beach Disc Golf Club at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.


Palm Beach Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.


PDGA 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds:


A. Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.


B. Players who have paid MORE than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund minus the $10 waitlist fee. Waitlist players who ONLY paid a nominal non-refundable waitlist fee of $10 or less are not guaranteed to receive a refund.


C. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a (up to) $10 handling fee.


D. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 70% monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee.


E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY


F. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.


-Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration will receive a 100% monetary refund day of tournament.
-For withdraws requesting player’s packs be shipped, there will be an up to $15 shipping charge, depending on size of player’s pack.
-Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable.
