The 2026 Glitch World Championship Qualifier (GWCQ) series is here! Players from around the world will compete for the opportunity to qualify for the Glitch World Championship this fall at the fabled Maple Hill. Players will need to flex their one-speed game to win their qualifier to have a chance to become champion, but second place doesn't come home empty handed either. The player pack for this years GWCQ series features the Particle Proton Soft Glitch and the Neutron Soft Parachute - two amazing discs with a custom GWCQ stamp to commemorate your chance at greatness! As always, players are free to use any one-speed discs from MVP/Axiom/Streamline during competition.

Every GWCQ MPO and FPO division winner will earn free entry into the 2026 Glitch World Championship to take place at the legendary Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Massachusetts on Sept. 11th & 12th. The only way to play in the Glitch World Championships for a chance at the fabled Golden Glitch trophy is to be a previous GWC Champion or by qualifying through your local GWCQ.

REGISTRATION
-Only 36 spots available.
- Registration is $45 for all participants.
—Special edition Yellow Pitch available for an additional $15
-this covers registration,player pack discs, and Greens fee. Does not include Ace Pot/CTP/raffle tickets
- You may register online through Disc Golf Scene or stop in to the Union Square store in Milford to sign up and pay with cash or your credit card.

PLAYER PACKS
- All participants will receive the 2026 GWCQ player pack which consists of two limited edition one-speed discs from your favorite MVP brands!

FORMAT
-one round of 18-holes
- You may only throw the following disc molds: MVP Glitch, Axiom Pitch, Streamline Parachute – any run, any plastic, any weight.
- You are welcome, but not required, to use the discs provided in the player pack.
- No mandos and only OB will be water. Please bring a mini to mark your lie.
- We will utilize UDisc for scoring. Best score in each division wins.

COURSE
- Muldoon disc Golf Course an be a physically challenging course with varying terrain/possibly some poison ivy, etc. Please wear appropriate footwear and plan for a hike rather than a walk in the park.
- The course is well marked and scoring with UDisc will keep course navigation easy.

SCHEDULE
8am – 12:00pm: Flex start! You are welcome to show up and start your round any time during this window. If you do not have a card, we’ll help you form one. Tournament Central will be set up at the disc golf pavilion where you can check-in and pick up your player pack items.
2:30(-ish): Prizes will be awarded immediately after the final card finishes and scores are verified! If you win a prize but aren’t able to stay through the end, you can pick it up at the Union Square storefront in Milford!

FOOD
- We’ll have hotdogs on the grill and bottles of water for all players! Potluck style is encouraged if you’d like to bring a snack or dish to pass!

DIVISIONS
- MPO and FPO is open to all ages and skill levels who would like to compete for free entry into the World Championships at Maple Hill!

WINNERS
- First place in MPO and FPO divisions will each receive free entry into the 2026 Glitch World Championships being held September 11 & 12 at Maple Hill in Massachusetts!
- We will have prizes for the top three players in each division – details to come!

CTP
- We’ll have a variety of CTP prizes available. Arrangements are still being made. CTP holes and prizes will be announced day-of when you check-in for your round.
- Please contact Union Square Disc Golf if you would like to sponsor a CTP prize!

ACE POT
- We will have an ace pot with $5 buy in. You may pay during registration or pay day-of.
- If no ace is hit during this event, the ace pot will be settled with a throw off including all participants who entered BEFORE the round started. Sorry, no exceptions.

RAFFLE
- Raffle item is in the works!
- All participants will receive one raffle ticket upon check-in. Additional tickets will be available for sale at the event: [5 tickets = $5] [20 tickets = $10]
- All proceeds from the raffle help cover tournament operation costs.
