About this tournament
1 round of play
This will be the 1st tournament in a 4 tournament series brought to you by Battlefield Outdoors. Division winners of this series can earn a free registration to the finale; 2026 Honoring the Sacrifice Tournament Presented by IES Communications, LLC and Battlefield Outdoors, which will be played on 7 November 2026. To be eligible to win a division entry, 1) Qualifying divisions must have at least 3 competitors per tournament for 3 of the 4 tournaments. 1) the winner will achieve the highest point average based on point totals achieved based on place standings. 2) To be eligible, a competitor must play at least 3 of the 4 tournaments in the series, in the same division. Pros and Ams are eligible.
This will be a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier.
Format will be a 'staggered' start (Tee times) starting at 9:30 am (1st card out) and last card will leave at 3:00 pm. Time between cards will be 10 minutes. Cards will be limited to 4 players
There will be 2 Pools:
A Pool: MPO, MP40, FPO, MA1, MA2, MA3, MA40, MA50
B Pool: MA60, MA70, FP40, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4, FA60, FA70, MA60, MA70, MJ18, FJ18
We will play the 18-Hole Winter Safari Course (Temporary) which takes the competitor around the entire Jack Mattox sports complex in a very challenging, tight, fun layout. The course is 5,681 ft, Par 57, with 2 water carries and 2 islands. You can see the course on in the pictures section of this page and also on Udisc.

Scoring: We will use PDGA Live scoring. All players must keep score. Paper score cards will be available in the most extreme cases of inability to use live scoring. Access CODE will be sent in caddy book.
Pro Entry: $45
Am Entry: $35
AM Player Pack: Value $30
1. Chick-fil-A meal card (value $10)
2. $20 merch voucher, redeemable at the Battlefield Outdoors on-site mobile vendor. Note: Voucher must be redeemed on tournament day.
Pass-through fees: total $5
1, $3 Port-a-Potty Rental (mandatory by Catoosa County Parks and Rec) There will be 2: men's and women's
2. $2 TD Fee
3. $1 Course support (Flags, paint, basket set-up, etc)

Side Play:
CTP: $3 There will be 5 CTPs (cash payout via PayPal) distributed between 5 division groupings.
Ace Pool: $2 Ace Pool will be paid out via PayPal. Every player should throw a provisional at the end of their round. A temp tee and temp basket will be set up for this provisional. If no ace is hit in regulation play, and no ace is hit in the provisional, then closest to the pin (CTP) on the provisional will determine the winner.
