Welcome to the inaugural Golden Eagle Open! We are excited to have a B-tier back in Twin Falls! Because it is a B-tier, an active PDGA membership is required to play. The College of Southern Idaho has a fantastic disc golf property, with beautiful weeping willows, rolling hills, and the ever-present winding creek. This will be a very exciting debut to a sick layout and tournament. Invite all the disc golfers you know, and let's make this a good one!

A golden eagle dives at 200mph to attack its prey. This will not be a short course. You might have to throw 200mph to attack some of these holes :)

Our goal is to initiate the return of high-caliber disc golf events in Twin Falls! We want to raise enough momentum so that CSI will be willing to install new teepads and teesigns by 2027. This tournament is a good start.

The layouts are posted on UDisc, although a couple of baskets may not be in the correct spot until 2 days before the tournament.
A Pool - MPO, MP40, MA1, MA2
B Pool - MA3, MA4, MA50, FPO, FA2

The $44 value Amateur player pack includes:
1. Custom stamp Golden Eagle Open disc! You can choose 1 on tournament day:
- S-Blend Emperor, C-Blend Glow Chariot, C-Blend Aztec
2. Infinite Discs towel
3. Infinite Discs chalk bag
4. $5 gift card to Infinite Discs

Trophies
For a division with 5-12 players (as of June 8th), trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place.
For a division with 13+ players (as of June 8th), trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
- June 8th is the cutoff because I plan for 2 weeks to get the trophies ready, per PDGA regulation 2.06.

Other prizes during the rounds include:
- CTP on hole 4 (everyone)
- Longest putt on hole 8 (everyone)
- Longest drive on hole 11 (pool-based)
- CTP on hole 18 (pool-based)

Optional $3 Putting Challenge
You can buy-in on registration or the day of. It will be between rounds, and the top two winners will get a new putter!
- 10 stations
- 3 putts at each station
- 1 money-ball station worth double points

Raffle
At the check-in tent on tournament day, there will be the option to buy-in to the random-draw raffle of various donated items, so far including a BWW gift basket and some Infinite discs!
- $1 for 1 ticket
- $5 for 10 tickets

Sponsorship
A minimum donation of $50 will count you as an official tournament sponsor. We collaborated with the Idaho Disc Golf Alliance Non-Profit so that any tournament sponsorship can be done through a W-9 form. Email me if you are interested in doing a W-9 form instead of sponsoring through Disc Golf Scene. When you sponsor, you can choose which hole's tee sign to put your logo on, and I will shout you out at the tournament. Thank you to our sponsors so far!

Registration Cost
Amateur division $65 registration cost is split as follows:
- $22 to player packs
- $38 to Infinite Discs script payout
- $5 to materials
Professional division $90 registration cost:
- $85 to PayPal payouts
- $5 to materials

Philip Romney is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

You will get a 100% refund through June 10th (10 days before the tournament).
- For Amateurs, you can choose instead to get a 50% refund and still pick up your player's pack.
From June 11th through June 18th, all players can receive a 50% refund.
- For Amateurs, you can choose instead to pick up your player's pack and receive 0% refund.
After June 18th, no refunds will be given.
