The 2026 Glitch World Championship Qualifier at Leland Disc Golf Course is your chance to earn a spot at the Glitch World Championship at Maple Hill — one of the most iconic courses in the country.

This is a one-day event built around a simple (but not easy) challenge: play your entire round using ONLY MVP Glitches, Axiom Pitches, and Streamline Parachutes (non-player pack discs are acceptable only if they are a Glitch, Pitch, or Parachute)

The top Male and top Female winners from this event will earn free entry into the 2026 Glitch World Championship at Maple Hill on September 11–12, where you will compete against qualifiers from around the world for a shot at the Golden Glitch. This event is designed to be fun, competitive, and a little different from your typical tournament.

After check-in and the players' meeting, we’ll start the morning with a 45-minute practice on the custom Glitch WCQ layout to give players a chance to dial it in. Then, at 10 am, we will begin a shotgun start, 18-hole competitive round to decide the local Glitch champion for both male and female divisions.

Bonus! There will be CTP prizes for every hole on the layout, too!

If you’ve never played a one-speed round before, this is a great chance to challenge your game in a new way.

Saturday, May 30, 2026

- Check-In: 8:00 AM – 8:40 AM
- Player Meeting: 8:45 AM
- Practice Round: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Glitch WCQ at Leland layout)
- Tournament Round: 10:30 AM start (18 holes, Glitch WCQ at Leland layout)
- Awards: Immediately following the final card

The Glitch WCG at Leland Layout will be posted on Udisc (Leland Disc Golf Course) on 5/26. This will consist of the 12 Main Leland holes and 6 alternate baskets, mostly using the main layout teepads. The alternate baskets will be placed on the morning of the tournament.

All players will receive a Glitch World Championship Qualifier player pack featuring:
- Particle Proton Soft Glitch
- Neutron Soft Parachute
- Both discs feature a custom GWCQ stamp to commemorate your event.

All refunds are handled by Throw Coast Disc Golf in accordance with standard PDGA policy. A non-refundable $1.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. No refunds will be given within 72 hours of the tournament. You can pick up your players' pack at Throw Coast Disc Golf after the tournament.
